CHEF (URGENT)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with the Japanese menu, leadership experience, and a commitment to quality and consistency in every dish.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff
Develop and update menus with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
Maintain high standards for food preparation and presentation
Manage food costs, inventory, and waste control
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Train and mentor kitchen team members
Collaborate with management on events, specials, and new offerings
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef, preferably with experience with the Japanese menu
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
Creative and passionate about food trends and culinary innovation
Excellent communication and team-building abilities
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
