Job Description
Chef De Parte (CDP) are responsible for supporting the Head/Sous Chef in a busy kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food, handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorization are not received
. Ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keeps up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
DEPLOY SUPERVISE COMMIS TASKS WITHIN KITCHEN AREAS
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
