CHECKER
 
The Checker is responsible for the daily movement of receiving and withdrawal in the facility while strictly adhering with the established procedures and guidelines, including proper documentation, internal coordination and cargo handling.
 
Main Position Function
Operational & Transaction Accuracy - Responsible for ensuring that all items received and dispatched are correct.
Ensures proper handling of goods before put away (proper palletization and stretch film wrapping) during unloading.
Updating of truck portal in system by using RF device
Promote clean and safe working environment.
Work Attitude and Behavior - Responsible for following company rules and regulation and department Standard Operating Procedure (Daily Activity Report and Turnover).
Actively communicates with supervisors and other team members to effectively handle material and notify them of problems/concerns
Administrative Function
Strictly follows Human Resource (HR) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures
Special Function
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Education and Experience:
Preferably with working experience in the field of warehousing, logistics and supply chain services.
Knowledge:
Knowledgeable in receipt, inspection, storage, and management of goods in the warehouse.
Good knowledge of inventory systems
Has working knowledge and experience in handling process, safety and regulations in warehousing of food and food related items.
Skills:
Effective communication skills in both written and verbal (English/Filipino)
