Instructs Heavy Equipment Operator to lift/move/transfer containers for intended vessel
Secures Cargo Load List from Recebase to use for loading of cargo
NORTH BOUND CARGO
Requests Cargo Manifest from Recebase indicating quantity of empty containers, request for transfer/hustling and containers for "van out"
Receives and signs PAYA from Helper of OCLI Trucker
Complies with the given hustling order/plan.
Accomplishes Container Inspection Form
