Job Qualifications:
Must be a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
At least 2 year experience AI or Chatbot development using various AI chatbot platforms and tools.
Designs and implement chat dialog flows
Familiar in API management and protocols (i.e. REST)
Work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale.
Oracle Digital Assistance (ODA) experience preferred
Job Description:
Provide designs, develop and test services that support functional and non- functional requirements for Chatbot and AI projects.
Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build chatbots.
Contribute solutions with multiple platforms
