OfficePartners, 360 Inc. is seeking a talented Chat Support Sales Specialist to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time position will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through engaging chat-based interactions. As a Chat Support Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing prompt and personalized assistance to our valued customers, while also leveraging your sales expertise to identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Salary: 26k all-in package 
 
Job Descriptions:
Providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable support to customers through live chat channels
Identifying customer needs and pain points, and offering tailored solutions to address them
Proactively engaging with customers to uncover additional sales opportunities
Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques
Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively recommend the best solutions
Logging all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
Qualifications: 
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within a call center or chat-based environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer queries and concerns effectively
A results-driven mindset and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and a willingness to work in an onsite location in Cebu City, Cebu
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
