JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively and efficiently answers customers questions.
Proactively assist customers in navigating products and services offerred.
Efficiently identifies problem encountered by customers.
Provides satisfactory customer experience.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 3-6 months of BPO Experience (with a sales background)
Above-average Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Must have good tool navigation skills
Typing speed of at least 35 wpm
