Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets
Requirements
High school graduate, college undergraduate, or college graduate
Prior experience in chat or customer support is an advantage
Good communication and typing skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
