Job Description
Lead and manage nursing staff: Oversee daily operations in various wards, ensuring high-quality patient care and fostering a positive work environment.
Develop and implement patient care plans: Ensure adherence to best practices and clinical guidelines, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
Provide specialized patient care: Utilize expertise in wound and stoma care, and deliver direct patient care in medical, ICC, CCU, rehabilitation, long-term care, orthopedic, and neurology wards.
Monitor and improve patient outcomes: Implement quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure compliance and staff development: Uphold healthcare regulations and standards, participate in staff training, and support professional development programs.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Minimum 5 years post qualification direct clinical experience, and 3 years experience as Charge Nurse
At least 2 years experience under: medical wards, ICC, CCU, rehabilitation, long-term care, orthopedic, and neurology wards
Certified Wound Care Nurse and Stoma care Nurse
