Who you'll work with
You'll be part of Xilica Shared Services based in the NCR, dedicated to delivering business-critical services to support our operations across supply chain, customer relations, finance and management information systems.
What you'll do
You'll provide an exceptional experience to Xilica partners across the world and support their use of relationship services, including Xilica One (our industry-leading channel partner program) and OneCommerce (our digital purchasing platform). As part of this role, you'll manage incoming reseller applications and onboard new partners into our network in accordance with our processes. You'll also review and route program participation requests such as deal registration, lead assignment and market development funds.
As part of partner relationship services, you'll be responding to a daily caseload of queries through our intelligent, AI-based support platform, and assisting partners with telephone inquiries for escalations. You'll proactively assist distribution partners with their use of, and familiarity with the tools, and both monitor and verify compliance with program terms, including monthly POS reporting. You'll also lead onboarding of new distribution partners and build goodwill with them to ensure compliance.
What you need
Bachelor's degree in business, management or related;
Minimum three (3) years in a manufacturing or distribution organization, ideally from IT or broader technology industries, experience in channel marketing is a distinct advantage;
Fluency in English - both written and spoken;
Experience with PRM, CRM and other management information systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce;
Outstanding attention to detail, with ownership mentality and strong self-motivation;
Hunger for professional and personal growth;
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
