Job Description Drive overall mobile strategy and implementation strategy that takes into consideration the appropriate brand directions for the area across TM, Globe Prepaid, Globe Postpaid and Platinum for National Sales DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT Drive overall mobile strategy and implementation strategy that takes into consideration the appropriate brand directions for the area across TM, Globe Prepaid, Globe Postpaid and Platinum for National Sales Oversees the execution of the 2-year plan of all Mobile Brands across for National Sales Orchestrates Channel Business Reviews and Deep-dives (dashboards, brand review and quarterly business review) Leads insighting and trends spotting for mobile in National Sales which includes multi-channel and multi-customer experience (i.e. on top of end-consumer, insights to include how front-liners and platforms need to adjust to deliver the ideal customer experience) Oversees the translation of insights to any change in the 7Ps/5Cs within the customer journey Collaborates with Strategy and Integration for analytical models needed to drive brand agenda for National Sales (i.e. Quality of acquisition, migration, right-sizing, etc) SYNERGY AND TRANSFORMATION INCUBATOR Champions omni-channel for mobile as relevant to National Sales to drive a multi-channel approach to marketing selling and serving Champions the ideal customer experience for mobile customers in designing experiences in collaboration with key partners Implements OneGlobe initiatives in key Strategic Segments which include but not limited to National Sales, GOTS and Schools Key SPOC for digital transformation of National Sales CUSTOMER AND BRAND EXPERT Deep knowledge of customer profile and composition in the assigned channels Consistent source of on-ground learnings for all mobile brands (i.e. organized and synthed competitive tracking, customer and trade verbatims, frontliner sentiments) Provide clear and actionable insights in collaboration with the brands, NTM, National Sales in order to efficiently grow all mobile brands through quality acquisitions and sustained customer engagement Translates brand proposition into channel expressions to better champion the brand propositions in all on-ground experiences, platforms and executions GO-TO-MARKET EXECUTION Translates the mobile brand propositions into actual on-ground and online experiences as needed through the National Sales partners Champions ideal customer experience for on-ground executions across all brands Drives efficiency and profitability of all platforms and programs run in the channels for emerging and strategic segments Lead for all post-mortem reviews and continuous improvement of all mobile platforms and programs in the assigned channels REQUIREMENTS FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES 7LCs: Learning Agility, Customer Orientation, Strategic Thinking, Execution Excellence, Innovation, Entrepreneurial, People Development 7LAs: Collaboration, Passion/Drive, Authenticity, Self-Awareness, Integrity, Purpose, Servant Leadership Marketing Competencies: Consumer & Market Understanding, Business Modelling, Brand Strategy, Brand Advertising, Brand Promotion Behavioral Manifestations: 1) Ability to systematically source out relevant information regarding current and evolving customers, competition, solutions, and marketing opportunities from various resources to develop the customer and market profile 2) Thinking expansively to understand the complexities and interdependencies of various types of information (customer, economic, trade, technology, business, competition, trends) and able to make connections between seemingly disparate ideas 3) Acumen to identify, evaluate, and draw logical conclusions from available data to create business decisions and strategies 4) Ability to project future financial and operational resources and requirements, manage and deliver profits through an effective balance of revenues and costs 5) Rigor in determining and assessing key business factors, and successfully drive value through long-term and short-term planning and implementation with the use of analytical techniques and innovative methodologies 6) Ability to simultaneously work well with and manage all necessary stakeholders, both internal and external, to be able to deliver solutions that jointly address most if not all critical agenda 7) Ability to think strategically and execute methodically 8) High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously 9) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired 10) Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, emphasizing clarity through story-telling 11) Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary, having a general manager / owner mentality Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
