Responsibilities
Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels covered within the area
Land and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management
Localize national strategy in helping distributor deliver priority KPIs (e.g. Reach, Ecov, B2B, assortment targets, etc.)
Ensure perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment is properly in place
Land customer turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels team
Ensure profitability of the distributor handled within the area
Qualifications
Bachelor degree holder with more than 2 years of experience in General Trade / Distributor Management / field sales
With strong excel and data management skills
With excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead field sales teams
Amenable to be assigned in CARAGA
