Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly sales volume and value targets
Drive year-on-year sales growth with winning strategies
Expand into new markets and channels to grow brand presence
Manage and grow key distributor and ADP accounts
Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team
Oversee marketing budgets and distributor claims efficiently
What We're Looking For
College graduate with 5-10 years' FMCG management experience
At least 2 years in people management with proven leadership skills
Knowledge of distributor operations, account management & product handling
Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving abilities
Holder of a Professional Driver's License
