Your future duties and responsibilities: . preparation of Changes in a multi-client environment, . ensures effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts between support teams from multiple region & culture, account teams, 3rd party suppliers and customers, . creation and tracking of Changes, . prepare and Lead the Change Advisory Board in the client SPOC meeting, . preparation and implementation of new Standard Changes and Service Request. . manage the scheduling of changes by planning and re-planning. Planning activities include, reviewing the impact analysis and defining the tasks and resources needed to accomplish the change request, . providing status updates to requesters and managing the customer representatives, . support of Delivery teams to create Changes, . support Change optimization projects, . prepare and host training sessions. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . experience with Change Management or Change coordination, . basic knowledge of ITIL, best ITIL4 Foundation certificate, . technical aptitude, customer service skills and team player, . time management skills, . advanced written and spoken English.
