What you will do
Overview of the position:
Ensure that all newly qualified processes, products and procedures will not result to any quality risk.
Ensure and sustain that quality systems applied to the entire external sub-process for Nexperia products are of equivalent or better than Nexperia's existing quality standards and controls.
Have full accountability on Project and Product Risk Assessments at all aspect and area of change. Please refer to Turtle Diagram attached.
Have knowledge on Project Management. Have knowledge on Reliability Testing.
Main Tasks:
Responsible for the Detailed Change Management review and requirement scrutinisation.
Responsible for the newly identify CM KPI:
No Change-Related issues resulting to:
TRET
Near-miss
Customer Complaints / Incident
% Class A Changes 1st Pass CRB Approval
Change Agent to improve the existing Change Management System into a more effective and efficient System
Major Challenge:
Deals with Internal and External Nexperia team members. Should be very strong to make sure all changes that will be qualified will have no risk (or otherwise, no non-mitigated risks).
What you will need
Engineering Graduate (Preferably from reputable Universities of UP, DLSU, Ateneo, UST or if not, came from top 10% of graduating class)
Minimum of cumulative 7 years experience (min of 1 yr each) from Semiconductor fields of:
Process Engineering
Quality Engineering
Project Engineering
Risk Assessment
Change Management
Must have certification or sufficient experience on Project Management
Must have sufficient experience on Manufacturing Quality Engineering
High leadership & Project Management capability
Confident, Decisive, Assertive, Detailed & Analytic
