The Change Management Consultant will introduce new processes and solutions to support the organizational change of our client. The Change Management Consultant will execute on coordinated communications, training, and stakeholder engagement. As a member of a robust cross-functional team the Change Management Consultant will often be required to work collaboratively in an agile setting, as well as independently on tasks assigned to them. Federal budget planning and formulation experience, strong analytical and problem solving skills, exceptional communication skills, and usage of OneStream's CPM 2.0 software are highly desired. The Change Management Consultant will be required to provide strong analytical analysis and documentation to convey task status, resolution and/or recommend solutions. The position may be located in Washington, DC or Arlington, VA. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Demonstrate in-depth technical and functional capabilities with the ability to support multiple work streams and drive assimilation of new techniques and solutions. . Develop high-level training content for missions/programs and services . Introduce and manage change of processes and solutions through strategic communication plans . Apply change tools and frameworks to support improved future-state change strategy and alignment . Conduct detailed stakeholder analyses to draw conclusions, and develop pertinent and insightful change pain points and recommendations . Leverage data and stakeholder feedback to design, and execute communication, engagement, and training plans with innovative and effective change tactics . Assist in identifying skill gaps that will be used to develop training plans and curriculums . Define activities to support change and transformation initiatives . Present findings and recommendations to client leadership . Support the development process flows depicting pain points in behavior and adoption mindset Required qualifications to be successful in this role: An interim Secret clearance is required to begin working onsite with our client, and a Secret clearance must be maintained throughout the project duration. Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required. Basic Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or STEM related discipline. . Support recurring operational actions within the OneStream CPM 2.0 platform . Develop and implement change management and communication strategies. . Provide subject matter expertise to change management activities, including creation of plans and strategies for roll-out strategies . Proven record of success in Business Transformation, Learning and Development, or Organizational Development project delivery . Strong ability to work well in cross-functional teams, including the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders . Experience advising and delivering change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading financial institutions . Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders across an organizational hierarchy . Strong demonstrated ability in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project and other Microsoft tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, and analyze data . Be detail oriented, flexible, proactive, and multi-task to quickly adapt to changing client priorities and respond to ad hoc requests. Desired qualifications: . Generally Accepted Budgeting and Accounting Principles/Accounting Education Background is a plus . Experience working in an Agile framework and tools . Experience with software development lifecycle .
