Qualification Standard
Education : Graduate of BS Accountancy
License : Certified Public Accountant
Experience : With at least 6 months of relevant experience preferably gained from financing institution.
Competencies and Other Qualifications : with good communication skills
Proficient in various software applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervising and monitoring of loan releases
Posting of loan releases monthly
Checking of monthly payroll deductions
Checking of contribution, insurance and HMO enrollment of members
Monitoring of monthly remittance by SB Corp including HMO payments
Management of liquidity of fund
Processing of short term and long term investment (HYSA, RTB)
Facilitating SEPFI insurance and BIR/ SEC filing and payments
Processing of distribution of dividends semi-annually
Recording of transactions and updating of financial statements monthly
Checking of COS and personnel payroll
Checking of billing statements

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
