Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring that correct systems, procedures and processes are being implemented in the line for all products to be launched. Initiates plans to improve/upgrade processes and quality through setting of process control, monitors process/quality performance in terms of productivity, quality, material usage, yield rate and standard time.
Key Responsibilities:
*Ensures consistent implementation of SOP's, customer instruction, process requirements and other assembly specification, company policies, and the quality standards of the company's overall quality management system to effect through standard implementation on all lines.
* Monitors daily performance of Process Engineers, reviews and approves new tooling, and all other support facilities in the line. Keeps watch for deviations from standards and implements immediately corrective and preventive actions in the line. Ensures that all controls are in place and operative at all times.
* Performs product evaluations for prospective customers and provide inputs to top management.
* Conducts regular meeting with Process Engineers to review line performance against quality, productivity and process standard.
* Liaisons with customer process related issues, reviews procedure in effect, recommends improvement and continuous enhancement of processes manufacturing. Responsible to implement and review the Manufacturing Production Control Plan.

*Must be Engineering Graduate (BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Industrial Engineering and other related Engineering courses.)
*Good analytical ability
* Proficient in written and verbal communication
*Possess good decision making skill
*Knowledgeable in problem solving techniques
*Can work with minimum supervision.
*Keen observant and rational thinker.
*Must be willing to be assigned in Cabuyao Laguna
