CENTRAL SUPPLY DEPARTMENT MANAGER
 
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Central Supply Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies to ensure efficient and effective healthcare operations. This role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can bring valuable experience to the position.
 
Responsibilities & Duties:
Manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained
Collaborate with healthcare providers to determine supply needs and ensure they are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the supply chain
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies related to medical supply management
Track and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms
Provide training and support to staff members on supply chain processes and procedures
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare or any related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in medical supply chain management or in a hospital setting
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to negotiate contracts with suppliers and secure favorable pricing and terms
Knowledge of regulatory standards and policies related to medical supply management
Experience with inventory management software and procurement systems
