CENTER SUPERVISOR (GRAPHIC DESIGNER)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in operations management, project coordination, or a supervisory role, preferably within a fabrication, printing, or creative services environment.
Strong proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite-illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
Demonstrated financial acumen and experience with basic accounting/bookkeeping.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with diverse clients and team members.
Familiarity with digital fabrication processes (3D printing, CNC, laser cutting, large-format printing) is a significant advantage.
Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
