Education: Completion of at least a Master's degree in any related field
Experience: Demonstrated track record in promoting heritage and preserving culture through peer-reviewed publications and/or public demonstration of expertise. A genuine enthusiasm for, interest in, and understanding of Filipino culture is expected.
