Cebu BPO / Call Center Payroll Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end project management activities to achieve Global Payroll Organization's program goals.
Must have:
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years' experience in Project Management and Performance Excellence
Solid Program Management skills
Strong organization skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Client Relationship Management
Strategic thinking (Ops strategy, strategic planning, etc.) & execution
Strong oral and written English communications skills
Good to have:
Operational Excellence or Operational Improvement roles.
Strong oral and written English communications skills
Experience working in a global, virtual environment across time zones
Experience in Payroll Project Management
