The Role
As a CDC Assistant, you will ensure that the requests for branch user IDs are acted upon within the required TAT, following the Bank's policies and procedures. You will also provide assistance to branches' concerns regarding access in the bank's applications thru coordination with ITG within the agreed service level agreement in order for the branches to deliver their functions properly.
How you'll contribute
Ensures timely activation of contingency user IDs within the required turn-around-time and required approvals, as applicable for the branch personnel to be able to deliver their functions properly
Files UAMF requests for the creation of user IDs of newly hired branch personnel via e-source (User Access Maintenance Form) in order for the user IDs to be available once the newly hired personnel are deployed to their designated branches
Sends email requests and a reminder to various IT groups such as processing of UAMF requests received within the cut-off time and resetting of windows contingency user IDs activated within the day thru consolidation of all UAMF requests received by CDC User ID maintenance personnel for prioritization of ITG processors
Sends email reminder to branches such as UIDA submission and Change of Vault combination thru consolidation of all UAMF requests received by CDC User ID maintenance personnel to ensure compliance of branches
Ensures that all contingency user IDs activated the previous day are deactivated thru batch deactivation (auto-deactivation of luminous tellering thru the luminous system) and manual deactivation of EQ user IDs the following day to ensure that no user ID will be compromised
Prepares monthly transaction count and computation of turn-around time thru consolidation of all UAMF requests received by CDC User ID maintenance personnel for monitoring of accuracy percentage of user ID processing
Verifies accuracy of UAMF requests filed for the creation of regular user IDs thru verification of details in the UAMF request versus the details in the manpower complement and required approvals, as applicable to ensure the correctness and completeness of the request prior to endorsement to ITG
What we're looking for
Bachelors Degree in any business-related field
Knowledgeable in bank policies and procedures
Has effective coordination with various groups and able to provide output within the required turn-around-time
Must observe control at all times
