QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA);
Must have at least 10 years experience as Accounting/Finance Head;
Must have at least 3 years External and Internal Audit Experience;
Must have high proficiency in MS Excel as well as MS Word and MS PowerPoint; Must have direct experience or have managed accounting areas (i.e. GL, AR, AP,
importation, taxation, treasury, inventory, fixed assets, costing, payroll, project accounting, external audit, FS preparation, dealing with external auditors and BIR);
Must have good grasp of contracts and commercial obligations;
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and
analytical skills, and high attention to details.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports directly to the COO

Responsible for the overall operations of the Finance and accounting department that includes payables, receivables, payroll and tax preparation
*
Handles all bank transactions including loans applications and payments and documentations of credit line applications.
* Responsible for timely submission of monthly financial statement to the management.
Analysis and reviews monthly financial reports and prepares quarterly financial reporting to
*
the President, including inventory and accounts receivables.
*
Coordinates and regularly communicates with our foreign suppliers/principals regarding the status of our payables and making sure the accounts were paid on time.
Attends regular management committee meeting and regular coordination meeting with other
*
department heads .
* Prepares Annual Company Budget, in coordination with other department. * Prepares monthly payroll for the supervisors, managers and department heads * Checks and approves all checks for disbursements before forwarding to the signatories * Checks and Approves monthly commissions for sales and Engineering * Oversees annual audit by external auditors, BIR audits and monthly tax payments * Develops and implements accounting policies and procedures
* Monitors operations of Accounting of Middle East offices (Dubai, Kuwait and Qatar) * Manages the company's compliance with government regulatory matters

Manages the cash flow and making sure that cash requirements for operations are sufficiently funded
* Manages company's internal controls
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
