JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for identifying staff training and development needs, and for planning, organizing and overseeing appropriate training programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferably graduate of Bachelor of Technical Teacher of Education
* With at least with 3 years training experience in one or more of the following trades: * 1) Commercial refrigeration, 2) Packaged air-conditioning, 3) Kitchen equipment, 4) Tesda Training Center (Technical Trainer), 5) Coffee Machines
* With TESDA certifications in either Trainers Methodology I or National TVET Trainer * Good teaching and presentation skills
* Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifies training and development needs of the employees through regular consultation with department heads.

Delivers training programs to individuals or groups of employees.
*
Produces training materials for in-house courses.
*
Monitors and reviews the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with department heads.
*
Ensures that statutory training requirements are met.
*
Amends and revises training programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring *
in the work environment.
Keeps up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
