QUALIFICATIONS:
Engineering Graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer

Preferably with at least with 1 year experience in supervising service calls
*
Knowledgeable in Kitchen Equipment and Air-conditioning
*
With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
*
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly responsible for the daily service scheduling/dispatching of service technicians.
*
Prepares proposal / quotations to customers.
*
Prepares summary of parts sales forecast in consultation with the Service Analyst.
*
Decides on the degrees of repair required for a job, parts reusability and mode of parts and
*
materials to be ordered.
Plans and schedules service orders in accordance with priorities, parts availability and
*
manpower availability.
*
Regularly communicates to superior and other managers such pertinent information to improve or maintain coordination with other departments and service to customers. Coordinates with the authorized personnel on ordering and makes a follow-up of parts *
needed by his section.
