Experience/Training Requirements
-with 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field
-with Background in Data Analytics and Project Management
Skills
· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
· Knowledge in photography and videography an advantage
· Exceptional creativity and innovation
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Must have good analytical skills given sets of data.
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Good at multitasking especially when working with multiple projects or
team.
· Team Player with the ability to develop and maintain working relationships.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
· Provide product innovations suitable to the market and with realistic cost as
well as based on market demand.
· Oversee such product innovations from identification/conceptualization up
to release and garnering of feedback.
· Provide product and marketing research connected to innovations including
but not limited to: Competitor check, Material suitability, Site Study, Industry
trends and projections and the like.
· Prepare mockups, graphical artwork etc.as necessary to support the
research and proposed innovation.
· Supervise actual testing/pilot of proposed products/innovations and
produce guidelines upon release.
· Conduct post-release studies to determine the effectiveness of projects for
potential improvements.
· Be an individual specialist in manufacturing or technical areas and actual
implementation.
Working Days: Monday - Friday (8:30AM to 5:30PM)
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
