MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
Position will be responsible for managing projects in relation to automated applications
and effective support to business processes and business requirements for PTCI-
Shipping Cluster.
To enable this, he/she is expected to:
 Prepare project plan and managing projects of the Shipping Cluster.
 Review, revise and recommend project proposal for outsourced projects;
 Organize and facilitate Steering Committee meeting and project teams updates
 Oversee testing and parallel runs to ensure meeting users business
requirements;
 Coordinate with users and processes to deliver projects on time, within the
budget and with the complied with;
 Solicit feedback from users to ensure necessary program enhancement are
implemented;
 Monitor usage of the system to ensure compliance with relevant policies;
 Review, secure and maintain updated project/system/program documentations,
such as but not limited to source codes and logs;
 Participate in budget preparation and annual strategic planning by providing
relevant inputs to Management based on assessment on system improvement;
 Disseminates to all concerned updated, complete, accurate and relevant
information in a timely manner.
Incumbent is expected to have an extensive experience on application development,
programming and analysis with good communication skills, is technology-savvy displays
high customer service through on-time response.
Function will report to IT business Partner of the Shipping Cluster
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
2 years of experience
