*Previous work experience as VP or higher for at least (5) years
*Previous work experience with financial data analysis
*At least Fifteen (15) years working experience and at least Ten (10) years management experience
*Proven track record of generating substantial revenue and growth year on year.
*Has experience in developing new businesses or product lines
*Has effective marketing and sales experience

The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for overseeing all business units of the group business operations and administration. The COO provides management, leadership, and vision to ensure the organization meets its short-term and long-term objectives. The main duties and responsibilities include overseeing business and administrative operations, improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency, assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes, leading and motivating staff to achieve sales and organizational objectives. The COO works closely with the CEO to execute longer-term business strategies.
