Description
Accountable for Clinic providing patient care in the stand-alone Primary Care Centers. In this role, the clinic nurse works closely with doctors and other care providers to deliver short-term care to patients. CCR-Nurses aid patients from the moment they enter the clinic by collecting patient information, supporting patient evaluation, administering treatments and medications as needed, and educating patients.
Conducts initial medical assessment of members through vital signs-taking prior to actual consultation with the Primary Care Physician

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
