₱ 50,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
US Registered nurse and PH Registered nurse
• With active US license (valid for at least 6 months)
• With active PRC license (valid for at least 6 months)
• Must have at least 1 year bedside experience
• Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
• Temporary WAH - willing to relocate in Manila
• Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
For Temporary WAH Set-up:
Must have stable internet connection (at least 50mbps) /willing to upgrade if less than 50MBPS
Signing Bonus - Php 100,000
Tenure Premium - 50,000
HMO
20% night defferential
13th month pay.
Productivity Premium:
PHP 1,000 for WAH (without any connectivity issues)
*To be credited as soon as you reach the OJT Phase
Upon production:
eligibility for variable pay (maximum of PHP 3,500)
plus, US license renewal maximum of 2 states
Upon Regularization:
pay stated above + leave credits, 1 free HMO dependent.
Eligibility for 14th month Pay.
Upon Certification:
Php 4,000 - Account premium allowance (voice account)
Php 3,000 - Account premium allowance (blended account)
Non-negotiable Qualification:
• US Registered nurse and PH Registered nurse
• With active US license (valid for at least 6 months)
• With active PRC license (valid for at least 6 months)
• Must have at least 1-year bedside experience
• Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
• Has good customer service orientation
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Permanent work from home set-up:
Must have stable internet connection (at least 25mbps)
