Job Description
Implements CBS initiatives to establish Lean Culture in the plant aligned to the BU direction in order to support the plant towards reaching its mission and vision. Support the CBS philosophy and practical implementation by living and establishing the CBS principles and coaching in
the respective area of responsibility.
"Support BU/CF Coach in definition of CBS roadmap for respective area of responsibility
▪ Define KPIs for measurement of CBS roadmap implementation on local level
▪ Set and monitor objectives and goals for CBS Practitioners in the local organization
▪ Moderate workshops to ensure common CBS understanding in assigned area of responsibility
▪ Support BU/CF in developing future CBS Practitioners e.g. through training"
"Support in the development of the Plant Strategy and specific Plant businesses needs together with the Plant Management
Support in the development of Hoshin Kanri Policy deployment for the Plant
Monitors and tracks the progress plant strategic projects"
"Develop, drive and monitor CBS activities according to roadmaps and execute in the respective areas
▪ Mentor CBS Practitioners to support them in executing the improvement routine
▪ Coach local management / create CBS awareness"
"Represent the plant in the CBS Community Network (BU, Regional)
▪ Ensure communication within network
