The overall objective of this role is to grow sales, build customer loyalty and recommend the development of business strategies or initiatives. Responsibilities: Deliver high quality customer service to internal and external customers, and respond to and resolve account service issues Execute various financial transactions, in accordance with bank policies and procedures Transform service transactions to sales opportunities and refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate Educate customers on utilizing available access channels (i.e. ATM, Online and Telephone Banking) Participate in sales/ service activities by participating in seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, etc. Identify inconsistencies in data, define business issues and formulate recommendations on policies, procedures or practices Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications: 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred Previous financial sales and customer service experience preferred Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education: Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
