Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
At least two (2) years' of experience in this field
Developing sourcing strategies for new and existing projects.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Good understanding of market research techniques.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
Superior organization, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation
skills
Conducting research to identify new markets or consumer trends.
Analyzing data to identify problems and develop solutions
Willing to assign in Lapu-Lapu City
Can start immediately
Responsibilities:
Preparation and Formulation of Marketing Plan, Sales Forecast, and Marketing budget under the assigned category.
Coordinates the implementation of brand development, advertising and promotional activities.
Monitors the progress and results of marketing initiatives and prepares reports and recommendations to top management.
Coordinate to sales, logistics and production for security of enough inventory.
Conducts regular fieldwork and trade checks to secure first-hand feedback on the brand programs, pricing, competitive activities, distribution and consumer based feedbacks.
Plan, Execute and Monitor newly launched model under the category.
Regular reportorial to top management through business review and product development.
