Description
Manages the end to end Supply Chain activities of Raw Materials and Logistics including but not limited to inbound logistics, vessel chartering, sourcing of potential vendors and alternative vendors of the three businesses - cement, steel, solar panels, Vendor Relationship Management, and savings management.
Prepares tender documents and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in delivering business requirements; publishes RFx and leads the commercial negotiation and evaluation.
Conducts spend analysis and reporting. Executes strategic sourcing initiatives based on supplier and industry analysis, benchmarks, cost analysis and ensures process compliance and high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
Identify and manage commercial, contractual, operational, financial, ethical and Supply Chain risks to minimize negative impacts on category objectives while encouraging opportunity and innovation.
Develop and implement category management plan to meet business needs and motivate providers to optimize service outcomes.
