This role is mainly in charge of evaluating and processing event sponsorship requests and consumer promotions. This involves evaluation, negotiation, implementation of mid-scale sponsorship proposals and basic consumer promotions such as sampling.
Job Responsibilities:
To handle special events: school events, seasonal kiddie event with on ground merchandising and consumer promotions: regular sampling in recreational areas and balance top accounts.
To supervise third party agencies/ organizers in implementing projects through providing clear expectations and imposing corrective measures.
To ensure implementation of administrative tasks and special assignments as assigned by the immediate superior.
To ensure accurate and timely submission of post evaluation reports, agency billings, and other related documents
Ageing Stocks Move-out -Trigger immediate move-out for stocks; Coordinate with Brand and Category Sales on Category plans
Omnibus Merch and OOH - Full ownership on omnibus category and category plans (for implementation)
Product Tasting and Product Surveys - Exposure to develop product and market knowledge (for implementation)
Internal Sales Report Generation (for implementation)
Review Market and Competitive Reports (for implementation)
Marketing Plan Preparation (for implementation)
APR Monitoring (for implementation)
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Event management, budget forecast, logistics.
1-3 years of experiece in events management/ below-the-line activation
Willing to do fieldwork
