Job Summary:
The Slot Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of slot machines and related gaming equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted slot floor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and cleaning of slot machines and electronic gaming devices.
Troubleshoot and repair components such as bill validators, printers, displays, and touch screens.
Install and configure slot machines according to approved layouts and game mix schedules.
Respond promptly to service calls and resolve machine-related issues.
Assist with software updates, machine conversions, and system upgrades.
Maintain accurate service logs and technical reports.
Ensure machines operate within manufacturer and regulatory standards.
Report any irregularities, tampering, or security concerns immediately.
Follow all safety procedures, internal controls, and PAGCOR regulations.
