Work Schedule: Shifting, including weekends and holidays
 
Job Summary:
The Slot Senior Technician supervises the maintenance, repair, and configuration of slot machines and related equipment to ensure efficient and compliant slot operations. This role also serves as the lead technical resource for troubleshooting, machine installations, and system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities of slot technicians and assign tasks based on priorities.
Diagnose and repair slot machines and components such as bill acceptors, printers, and displays.
Oversee installation, relocation, and configuration of slot machines.
Ensure machines operate within PAGCOR regulations and internal controls.
Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain service records.
Train and mentor technicians, providing technical guidance when needed.
Coordinate with Slot Operations, IT, and vendors for technical support and upgrades.
Assist with new game installations, software updates, and system configurations.
Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend necessary purchases.
Respond promptly to service calls and major machine issues.
