Role Summary:
 
Deliver guest-centric service at the membership desk, on the gaming floor, and during promotions, events, and VIP hosting. Act as one of the main faces of the PlayPark brand by welcoming guests, supporting loyalty and membership activities, and assisting in the smooth execution of on-floor promotions and basic VIP services under the guidance of the Marketing Supervisor.
 
Key Responsibilities
Floor Guest Service & Hosting: Welcome guests at the gaming floor and membership desk; provide directions, basic information, and simple assistance; escort guests; refer escalations to the Supervisor.
Membership & Sign-Ups: Assist with membership applications, renewals, card issuance/replacement, and basic updates; check IDs and eligibility; ensure complete data and orderly queues.
Loyalty Points & Redemptions: Explain how points are earned and redeemed; help with balance checks and simple redemptions; follow voucher and comp controls; report irregular or suspicious activity.
Promotions & Events Support: Support raffles and floor events, including registration, coupon/ticket handling, explaining mechanics, guiding participants, assisting draws and awarding, and basic photo documentation.

VIP & Premium Player Touchpoints: Provide warm greetings and assistance to premium players; escort them as needed; help with simple amenities and special occasions; log key interactions as required.
Digital, Collateral & On-Floor Visibility: Distribute flyers and promotional materials; help ensure posters and tent cards are correctly placed and up to date; flag outdated or mismatched digital content to the Supervisor.
Compliance & Controls: Follow membership and promo eligibility rules, responsible gaming reminders, KYC and data-privacy procedures; safeguard coupons, stubs, barrels, and small prizes.
Reporting, Feedback & Coordination: Help with basic end-of-shift counts; share guest feedback and on-floor observations; coordinate with Security, Cage, Slots, Tables, and F&B for smooth guest service.
Qualification
1-2+ years frontline customer-service experience in hospitality, retail, F&B, hotel, airline, or similar; casino experience an advantage but not required.
Senior High School graduate; college level/graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance with strong personal charisma and a warm, confident on-floor presence.
Comfortable dealing with regular and premium guests and staying calm when handling basic complaints or concerns.
Basic knowledge or interest in promotions, events, or loyalty/membership programs; willing to learn casino-specific processes.
Basic computer and MS Office skills; willing to learn CRM, membership, and e-draw systems; able to use radios after training.
Key Metrics (KPIs)
Service: guest feedback, visible service recovery, and correct handling of simple concerns.
Membership: sign-ups and activations, clean and complete records, and promotion of card usage.
Promotions: accurate registration, proper coupon and ticket handling, on-time readiness for promo activities.
VIP: documented premium player touches and proper relay of VIP requests to Supervisors/Managers.
Operational: adherence to schedules and post assignments, correct use of forms and systems, no critical control breaches.
Loyalty: accurate points information given to guests and proper handling of redemptions and vouchers within authority.
Schedule & Conditions
5-6 days/week on shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during campaigns and peak periods.
Floor-based role with extensive standing and walking; occasional lifting or movement of small signage, promo items, or event materials.
Work mainly in gaming and public areas under casino security and access rules; must follow uniform and grooming standards at all times.
