Cashier / Dining Staff Members for Yappari Steak House
 
Job Description:
Dedicated and customer-oriented Cashier / Dining Staff Members to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting guests, handling cashiering duties, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions properly
Issue receipts and process POS transactions
Serve food and beverages promptly
Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
Refill condiments, utensils, and other dining necessities
Assist in opening and closing procedures
Address customer concerns courteously and escalate when necessary
Follow company policies, sanitation, and food safety standards
Qualifications:
At least Senior High School graduate or College level
With or without experience; experience in restaurant or cashiering is an advantage
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented and hardworking
Trustworthy and attentive to details
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Can work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to speak and understand English
Work Locations:
