Role Overview:
Validates and deposits all Non-Trade collections and funding to designated account Pharma and some Non-Pharma companies
Updates daily reports in Bank Portals and new issuance of Pay link Checks
Reconciles the MC delivered vs payment proposal IDs approved
Sends email notification to suppliers and authorized representatives regarding check availability and payment remittance with payment details
Summarizes and submits vouchers/stubs and receipts to Finance
Manages HOC Revolving Fund
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of Accountancy, Finance or any Business related course
With knowledge on MS Excel
Must have strong attention to details, results and customer-oriented
With at least 1-2years of work experience/background in Cashiering
