Job Descriptions:
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
Scan items and ensure pricing is accurate
Collect payments whether in cash or credit
Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
Maintain clean and tidy checkouts areas
Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree graduate
Customer service or Cashier experience
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
Customer Satisfaction-oriented
Good math skills, basic PC knowledge and POS
Strong communication and time management skills
Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints
Willing to assigned at Cebu City area specifically Minglanilla
Experience:
Cashiering: 1 year (Required)
