PROCESS INSTALLMENT TRANSACTIONS: Assist customer in processing installment transactions & other card concerns .VERIFY AUTHENTICITY OF CREDIT CARDS Verify authenticity of presented credit cards by customers by checking its security features .COORDINA PROCESS INSTALLMENT TRANSACTIONS: Assist customer in processing installment transactions & other card concerns . VERIFY AUTHENTICITY OF CREDIT CARDS Verify authenticity of presented credit cards by customers by checking its security features . COORDINATE WITH BANKS Secure approval for installment transactions by using the bank-provided EFT terminals or by calling the bank . REPLENISH FORMS & OTHER SUPPLIES Check completeness of cashiering forms / documents & other supplies at the counter . ASSIST CUSTOMERS W/ LOST CREDIT CARDS Assist customers with lost credit card by calling the bank & allowing the customer to report his/her lost credit card . DISTRIBUTE LOOSE CHANGE Provide immediate response to requests for loose change in case CUC is on break Qualifications: .Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course .Knowledgeable in credit card transaction processes .Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision .Computer literate .Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours .Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Tuguegarao .Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. .Full-time positions available
