• Attends to customer needs and inquiries promptly and politely.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Handles daily payment and collection transactions.
• Validates official receipts and releases related to the customers.
• Safe keeping of cash collections.
• Prepare remittance report at the end of the shift.
• Ensures cleanliness of premises at all times.
• Complies strictly with the company regulations and policies, particularly opening and closing times.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
