PROCESS INSTALLMENT TRANSACTIONS: Assist customer in processing installment transactions & other card concerns . VERIFY AUTHENTICITY OF CREDIT CARDS Verify authenticity of presented credit cards by customers by checking its security features . COORDI PROCESS INSTALLMENT TRANSACTIONS: Assist customer in processing installment transactions & other card concerns . VERIFY AUTHENTICITY OF CREDIT CARDS Verify authenticity of presented credit cards by customers by checking its security features . COORDINATE WITH BANKS Secure approval for installment transactions by using the bank-provided EFT terminals or by calling the bank . REPLENISH FORMS & OTHER SUPPLIES Check completeness of cashiering forms / documents & other supplies at the counter . ASSIST CUSTOMERS W/ LOST CREDIT CARDS Assist customers with lost credit card by calling the bank & allowing the customer to report his/her lost credit card . DISTRIBUTE LOOSE CHANGE Provide immediate response to requests for loose change in case CUC is on break Qualifications: . Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course . Knowledgeable in credit card transaction processes . Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision . Computer literate . Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours .
