Checking of Daily Remittance / Collection
Responsible in cash/check balancing and deposits (deposit slip, attached to DCRR)
Prepares Daily Cash Position Report (DCP)
Prepares Debit Memo for bounced check
e. Prepares weekly liquidation of Petty Cash Fund with VAT input summary
Monitoring of Revolving Fund ( with monthly report)
Releasing of supplier's checks, training allowance, incentives etc.
Monitoring of Hold Incentives and other related cash
Daily tagging of cash and check deposit
Issuance of gas P.O and monitoring of gas consumption
Monthly report on cash on hand and pdc inventory
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): English
