Job Description
Maintains the highest standard of company image and representation through personal care and maintaining the cleanliness / orderliness of the work area
Offers the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by correctly displaying the products and following the standard service steps
Maintains a thorough knowledge of the products / items in the selling area
Keeps a "customer first" mindset (Pickles!), anticipating customer needs and presence over other tasks and responsibilities
Maintains to be proactive in introducing and suggesting products effectively
Follows, supports and complies with the store policies on security ad implementation of selling policies
Always be very presentable and keeps a smiling and friendly face and always deliver pleasant and amiable greetings to the customers
Provides the maximum best customer service by following the 8 standard keys steps and the "pickles" CS principles
Assists customers in the products they are looking for and guides them to the proper items locations
Maintains to be polite and listens properly to customers while attending to their queries and complaints; ensuring to provide accurate and proper information to customers to complaints and coordinates all concerns with the Line Manager
Ensures proper coordination and alignment with the immediate superior of any queries, events, customer complaints, concerns etc.
Ensures that all products are displayed and priced properly and completely as per the correct barcode and space allocation
Upholds company policies and procedures when it comes to customer exchange and refund services
Refills and properly displays the items in all the store fixtures and coordinates properly with the merchandisers and promoters / supplies in any item-related and merchandising / stocking related concerns
Regularly monitors item price availabilities, stock allocations, price discrepancies and inform the same to immediate superior
Gives proper instructions to the baggers in respect to proper packing and segregation of products
Carries out other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Line Manager.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Degree holder of General Discipline is a plus
Relevant working experience. Must be related to the position hiring.
