PROCESS INSTALLMENT TRANSACTIONS:Assist customer in processing installment transactions & other card concerns * VERIFY AUTHENTICITY OF CREDIT CARDS Verify authenticity of presented credit cards by customers by checking its security features * PROCESS INSTALLMENT TRANSACTIONS: Assist customer in processing installment transactions & other card concerns VERIFY AUTHENTICITY OF CREDIT CARDS Verify authenticity of presented credit cards by customers by checking its security features COORDINATE WITH BANKS Secure approval for installment transactions by using the bank-provided EFT terminals or by calling the bank REPLENISH FORMS & OTHER SUPPLIES Check completeness of cashiering forms / documents & other supplies at the counter ASSIST CUSTOMERS W/ LOST CREDIT CARDS Assist customers with lost credit card by calling the bank & allowing the customer to report his/her lost credit card DISTRIBUTE LOOSE CHANGE Provide immediate response to requests for loose change in case CUC is on break Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course Knowledgeable in credit card transaction processes Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision Computer literate Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Cauayan Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
