Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Escrow Administration Specialist is responsible for accurately reviewing customer tax and insurance
escrow balances by completing their assigned tasks and reports daily. This position will use the loan,
PMI/MIP, Tax, and escrow systems to properly review each account.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
. Knowledge of FHA rules regarding handling of mortgage insurance
. Requires understanding of property taxes
. Well versed in regulatory guidelines specifically the Homeowner's Protection Act
. Must possess time management and organization skills to effectively prioritize multiple objectives
and achieve volume goals
. Requires an understanding of property taxes and insurance
. Knowledge and understanding of escrow related RESPA and CFPB regulations
. Excellent verbal, written, organizational, problem solving and presentation skills
. Experience working with Fidelity/MSP
. Experience with FHA Connection and USDA LINC preferred
