Job Description
Carpentry Construction: Construct, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures such as frameworks, partitions, floors, and roofs according to project specifications and blueprints.
Framing: Perform framing tasks using techniques such as platform framing, balloon framing, and timber framing to create structural frameworks for buildings and other structures.
Installation of Doors and Windows: Install doors, windows, and hardware, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or similar fields.
Relevant Certificate III and 2 years of experience, relevant Certificate IV or relevant vocational training preferred.
Strong understanding of construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to carpentry work.
